Appointed by Woolam Construction, we provided value engineering alongside both Civil and Structural designs for a new $40m retired living project. Completed in two stages, the project consisted of a single basement covering the entire site, with ground floor podium. Four buildings with approximately four stories each extended from the podium. All slabs were post tensioned with a mixture of load bearing block and concrete columns.
