EDGE completed the construction of three strata-titled warehouses, spanning a total area of 5100m2, featuring seamless integration of office and warehouse spaces. These well-designed spaces were meticulously crafted as clear spans, accompanied by full-height tilt panels to enhance structural integrity and aesthetics. Given the unique ground conditions, the building’s foundation was established on timber piles, ensuring stability and longevity.
Notably, EDGE employed bespoke and carefully considered detailing techniques to achieve precise specifications concerning the suspended slabs and facade elements. This approach ensured the creation of distinct architectural features, elevating the overall appeal and functionality of the warehouses.
