EDGE provided the structural design for the new works to create Cali Beach Club.
The existing hotel communal area was upgraded with new structural decking, new suspended steel structures, alterations to existing pools and a new lift entry structure. As a number of new loads were being added to the existing, EDGE completed a design review and strengthening of the existing concrete structure where required.
