EDGE has undertaken an ambitious project, involving the design of 13 tenancies spanning 12,500m2, comprising a combination of warehouses and offices with suspended concrete slabs. The site underwent extensive retaining efforts to achieve a relatively flat development, thanks to meticulous and well-thought-out engineering solutions.
In the pursuit of creating optimal spaces for tenants, all 13 tenancies were ingeniously designed with clear spans, ensuring uninterrupted and versatile spaces. This approach not only maximizes the potential utilization of each unit but also enhances the overall efficiency and adaptability of the development.
