Strongforce Malaysia appointed us to provide structural designs for a new five storey $15m family residence in Kuala Lumpur.
Consisting of two basements with three elevated floors, an external pool, landscape gardens and perimeter walls, the 50,000sq ft property was designed by architect Patrick Joiun.
Our post-tension designs and bespoke steel section framing provided support for the upper three vertical floors, part of which are two-directional, three storey cantilevers. The entire upper storey structure was supported using only three columns.
